Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking terms: Booking is only secured once payment is received. Payments are made online at the time of booking. Payment is due before the workshop commences. Late Payments may refuse entry to the workshop. If an individual cancels more than a certain number of days before the workshop (e.g., 14 days), a full refund can be provided. If a cancellation is made within less than 14 days, they may get a partial refund or no refund. Little Rainbow OT reserves the right to cancel workshops in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather). In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Missed workshops are non-refundable and Little Rainbow OT is not responsible for missed workshops unless cancelled by Joanna. Make-up workshops can be offered only in specific situations (e.g., sickness, emergencies). Attendees must inform Joanna of any medical conditions or allergies in advance. Little Rainbow OT is not responsible for accidents that occur due to negligence on the part of the attendee. All necessary materials (paints, brushes, paper, etc.) are provided. Attendees may be responsible for the cost of replacing any intentionally damaged materials or equipment. Photos may be used for marketing or social media, attendees can choose whether to give their consent at the time of booking. In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies that prevent the workshop from happening Little Rainbow OT can offer a refund or to reschedule the workshop. Personal information (e.g., emergency contacts, medical information), will be stored in accordance with GDPR guidance. Our Privacy Policy is found at the bottom of our website. The watercolour workshop will last for 2 hours, with Joanna offering tips and help throughout. Food and drinks will be available for attendees to purchase throughout should they choose to.
