Cancellation Policy

Please see our booking terms: Booking is only secured once payment is received. Payments are made online at the time of booking. If a parent cancels more than a certain number of days before the workshop (e.g., 14 days), a full refund can be provided. If a cancellation is made within less than 14 days, a partial refund or an alternative date can be offered if necessary. Little Rainbow OT reserves the right to cancel classes in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather). In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Children must listen and respect others. Little Rainbow OT reserves the right to remove a child if their behaviour is disruptive. Children will be supervised at all times during the workshop. Parents are responsible for informing Joanna of any special requirements (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) before the class. Joanna will provide adequate supervision during the workshop but parents are responsible for the child’s safety before and afterwards. Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact details at the time of booking. Parents must inform Joanna of any medical conditions or allergies in advance. Little Rainbow OT is not responsible for accidents that occur due to negligence or no-disclosure on the part of the child or parent. Children will only have access to the workshop area (kitchen, hall, downstairs toilet) and possibly the garden to have a short break while the painting is drying. Children will be discouraged from jumping on the trampoline. Children who jump on the trampoline do so at their own risk, and Joanna accepts no responsibility for accidents that occur. All necessary materials (paints, brushes, paper, etc.) are provided. Parents may be responsible for the cost of replacing any intentionally damaged materials or equipment. Photos may be used for marketing or social media, parents can choose whether to give their consent for their child’s images at the time of booking. In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies that prevent the workshop from happening Little Rainbow OT can offer a refund or to reschedule the workshop. Parents must pick up children on time. A late fee may be charged for parents who consistently arrive late for pick-up. Personal information (e.g., emergency contacts, medical information), will be stored in accordance with GDPR guidance. Our Privacy Policy is found at the bottom of our website.
